The present invention relates to a steam fan base comprising a frame portion (A) composed of a net partially submerged in a base portion (B) for containing water and for receiving a fan, wherein the frame portion (A) is shaped in a rectangular form made of two vertical shafts and two horizontal shafts to rotatably support the horizontal shafts on such two vertical bars, which shafts drive and support a grid continuously moving around these axes during operation, the topmost shafts being driven by an electric motor (10) connected to a power source via a switch.
The invention relates to a steam fan base that is used in conjunction with a fan to produce a cool air containing steam.
There are many types of fans in Vietnam, Taiwan, China. There are many kinds of fans in Vietnam. They are all type, manual or remote control. Use a fan blowing through a thin film impregnated with water, as the wind passes through, causing the water to evaporate. Water vapor generates heat that causes cool feeling. In order to maintain the moisture of the thin layer, this thin film is slowly rotated in the water container, when the thin film passes through the water will wet and then the blower will blow up the wet film to create cool airflow. The disadvantage of this type of fan is that it is bulky, heavy and complicated in terms of structure due to the need for additional components. On the other hand, the fanless function of the fan is not always required. In addition, in many cases the purchase of a frosted fan while the conventional cooling fans are still in good use is a must for many families and sometimes for cooling the steam, The purchase of an additional spray device for use with conventional fans is a potential solution for many families. In addition, another disadvantage of a steam-cooled fan is that the fan maintenance is quite complex.
Due to the above-mentioned problems, the invention has been made and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a steam fan base for a table fan or a box fan to overcome the above disadvantages of the known type of steam fan bases.
To achieve this goal, the steam fan base according to the invention comprises a frame (A) with a partially submerged grid (B) in which the water is held and a fan set up, where the frame portion (A) is rectangular in shape with two longitudinal bars and two horizontal bars to support the horizontal axes on these two longitudinal bars, which drive and support a continuous motion grid around these axes. In operation, the shaft is at the top of the shaft driven by an electric motor connected to a power source via a switch.

Detailed description of the invention
As shown in the drawings, namely FIGURE la and FIGURE 2a, the steam fan base according to the invention comprises a frame A and a base B, the frame A partially submerged in a base B. Base B is rectangular (see FIGURE lb and FIGURE 2b), the top of base B has a groove in the rear to fit frame A, the top of base B is flattened to put the fan on it.
The frame section A of the fan base according to the invention comprises: a metal frame formed by the longitudinal bars 1, 2 and the horizontal bars 3, 4; a driving shaft 5; Grids 6, 7, 8, 9; and a power socket 11 is fitted to one side of frame A (see FIGURE 3, FIGURE 4, FIGURE 5 and FIGURE 6). According to an embodiment of the invention, as shown in Figures FIGURE 2a, FIGURE 3 and FIGURE 4 and in a descending order, the socket 11 may include: a clock, a workpiece a fan socket and a power socket to connect to the power cord.
Base B has a water-holding effect, which forms part of the frame A and sets the fan, as well as serves as a stand to support the fan (see FIGURE 7).
In frame A, one end of drive shaft 5 is connected to drive motor 10 for this motor to rotate shaft 5. At each end of drive shaft 5 and shaft 9 at bottom (see FIGURE 5) there is a small pulley to load two strands on either side of grid 12 and attached to grid 12. When the engine is powered, the engine will rotate the drive shaft 5 and, thanks to two pulleys mounted at both ends 5 and 9 and two wires on the two sides of the grid connected to these pulleys, the grating also rotates in circle on frame A.

Grid 12 is made of water-absorbing material, so it contains high moisture content. These axes are made of circular tubes about 27 cm long, which cover the outer part of the horizontal axis, which operate at the speed of the engine, The engine 10 is set up to ensure the operation of the grid 12. The steam fan base according to the invention operates as described below.
Insert water into the substrate B, then insert part of the frame A onto the substrate B through the groove located at the back of the upper side of the substrate B.
